Meet Corrina

Shwmae! I’m Corrina Asamu – creative soul, party planner, printable designer, and proud owner of a glitter drawer that’s seen more action than my spice rack.

I live in South Wales with my husband Ola, our golden retriever puppy Teddy (aka The Golden Menace), and Smudge, my 15-year-old calico queen who rules the house with sass and side-eye. My mum’s a regular visitor too, often accompanied by her curly haired pooch Ben and a stash of gravy bones.

Work by Day, Party by Night

I work in Welsh tourism (yes, I can recommend a beach for every mood). By night, I’m styling tablescapes, crafting printables, and dreaming up themed celebrations that are anything but ordinary.

I’ve been line dancing since I was 17 and still boot scoot weekly, so expect cowgirl content to pop up now and then!

Why Teacups and Glitter?

I’ve always been the social organiser in my friendship group, planning weekends away, baby showers, hen parties, and adding all the thoughtful touches.

Teacups and Glitter grew from that love of celebrating life’s moments, and now I get to share it all with you.

Pets: Smudge, my colourful calico queen; and Teddy, our bouncy golden retriever pup 🐾

Recently married: to Ola, who got a front row seat to my planning skills during our wedding prep… and even picked up a paintbrush and glue gun to help bring the vision to life!

Spend too much time: indulging in chocolate, solving crime from my sofa and boot scootin’ with my cowgirl boots firmly strapped on!
