If you want a party game that gets everyone talking, laughing, and maybe a little competitive, “The Price is Right” is a winner. I used this for my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was a total hit! Nostalgia, surprises, and a few “No way!” moments thrown in.

How It Works
The idea is simple: guests guess the price of everyday items from the year your guest of honour was born. You can pick any year that fits your celebration, just look up prices for that year to make it personal!
I set up a table with props for each item; think a real newspaper, a toy house, a milk bottle, and even a clapper board for movie tickets. Each prop had a matching label and answer sheet, all styled to match our party theme.
Here’s what I used for my mum (born in 1954):

Tip: For your party, just swap in prices from your chosen year. A quick online search will help you find them!
Guests had to guess the price for each item from the year mum was born. For extra fun, you can reveal today’s prices at the end, cue the gasps and giggles!
